We provided drop-in tutoring for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology classes. Each tutor was required to obtain an A proficiency in the subject they were tutoring before being able to assist students.
In addition to this, I worked as a teacher's assistant with faculty members providing secondary instruction times for general chemistry 1 and 2. As a TA I was required to hold office hours as well as weekly study sessions where students could come in and discuss in-class material with me as well as bring homework questions for us to work on together. Students appreciated my ability to condense complex material into easy-to-learn digestible chunks.
