I was not aware of how the rating review system worked. Clicking in the Wyzant system I may have clicked something incorrectly and gave Carol a rating that was unfair to her. I will call Wyzant and explain my unfamiliarity with the system and get the rating corrected. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, she is definitely a 5+++.
