Hi, I’m Christopher, a recent medical school graduate with a passion for teaching and helping students succeed in the same academic journey I’ve walked. I earned my MD from the University of Louisville after double majoring in Biology and Spanish at Wake Forest University, where I graduated with a 3.7 GPA, a minor in Chemistry, a concentration in Medical Spanish, and a concentration in Spanish–English Interpreting. I scored a 513 on the MCAT, passed the USMLE Step 1, and scored a 256 on Step 2. I know firsthand how overwhelming these exams can feel, and I’m here to break them down, simplify your studying, and help you reach your full potential.
I tutor a range of subjects including MCAT prep, USMLE Step 1 and Step 2, anatomy, physiology, and Spanish. Whether you need a structured study plan, help reviewing high-yield material, or just someone who understands what you’re going through, I’ve got you covered. I tailor my sessions to each student’s goals and learning style, and I focus on teaching concepts in a way that builds long–term understanding and confidence, not just memorization.
Spanish has always been a major part of my academic and personal life. At Wake Forest, I pursued a Spanish major alongside my biology and pre-med classes, and I’ve had the opportunity to use my language skills in both academic and real-world settings. One of my most rewarding experiences was volunteering in a bilingual preschool classroom, where I helped teach English to native Spanish-speaking children. I enjoy working with Spanish learners of all ages including middle school, high school, and college, and I’m especially passionate about helping students connect grammar and vocabulary to meaningful communication.
I’d love to help you reach your goals, whether it’s getting into med school, acing your boards, or becoming confident in Spanish. Let’s work together and make it happen!
