Hi, I’m Christopher, a recent medical school graduate with a passion for teaching and helping students succeed in the same academic journey I’ve walked. I earned my MD from the University of Louisville after double majoring in Biology and Spanish at Wake Forest University, where I graduated with a 3.7 GPA, a minor in Chemistry, a concentration in Medical Spanish, and a concentration in Spanish–English Interpreting. I scored a 513 on the MCAT, passed the USMLE Step 1, and scored a 256 on Step 2. I know firsthand how overwhelming these exams can feel, and I’m here to break them down, simplify your studying, and help you reach your full potential.

I tutor a range of subjects including MCAT prep, USMLE Step 1 and Step 2, anatomy, physiology, and Spanish. Whether you need a structured study plan, help reviewing high-yield material, or just someone who understands what you’re going through, I’ve got you covered. I tailor my sessions to each student’s goals and learning style, and I focus on teaching concepts in a way that builds long–term understanding and confidence, not just memorization.

Spanish has always been a major part of my academic and personal life. At Wake Forest, I pursued a Spanish major alongside my biology and pre-med classes, and I’ve had the opportunity to use my language skills in both academic and real-world settings. One of my most rewarding experiences was volunteering in a bilingual preschool classroom, where I helped teach English to native Spanish-speaking children. I enjoy working with Spanish learners of all ages including middle school, high school, and college, and I’m especially passionate about helping students connect grammar and vocabulary to meaningful communication.

I’d love to help you reach your goals, whether it’s getting into med school, acing your boards, or becoming confident in Spanish. Let’s work together and make it happen!

Approved Subjects

Anatomy

Anatomy

I earned my MD from the University of Louisville, where anatomy was a core part of my training from the classroom to the clinic and OR. I completed full cadaveric dissection and applied anatomical knowledge throughout my clinical rotations. I have a deep understanding of the subject and enjoy helping others grasp its structure and relevance. I’m confident in guiding students through everything from basic terminology to clinically relevant systems.
Biology

Biology

I earned a B.S. in Biology from Wake Forest University and went on to complete my MD at the University of Louisville. My coursework between college and medical school included cell biology, genetics, anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, evolutionary biology, ecology, embryology, immunology, and microbiology. I have a strong grasp of both foundational and advanced biological concepts. I’m passionate about helping students understand biology in a way that builds confidence and long-term comprehension, not just test-day memorization.
MCAT

MCAT

I scored a 513 on the MCAT and went on to earn my MD from the University of Louisville. I know firsthand how overwhelming this exam can be and how important it is to have a strategic, focused approach. I help students master content areas like biology, chemistry, physics, psychology, and CARS while also improving test-taking skills. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining your strategy, I’ll tailor our sessions to your learning style and goals.
Physiology

Physiology

I studied human physiology extensively as a biology major at Wake Forest University and later in medical school at the University of Louisville. From systems-level understanding to cellular mechanisms, I’ve applied physiological concepts in both academic exams and real clinical scenarios. My training emphasized how physiology underlies disease, diagnosis, and treatment. I enjoy helping students connect concepts across organ systems in a way that makes the material click and stick.
Spanish

Spanish

I earned a second major in Spanish at Wake Forest University, with concentrations in Medical Spanish and Spanish–English Interpreting. My studies included a semester abroad in rural Spain, where I immersed myself in both the language and the culture. I’m passionate about helping students move beyond memorization to achieve real conversational confidence.
USMLE

USMLE

I earned my MD from the University of Louisville and scored a 256 on USMLE Step 2. I’ve passed both Step 1 and Step 2 and understand how challenging these exams can be. My tutoring focuses on high-yield content, strategy, and building long-term clinical reasoning. Whether you’re struggling with First Aid, UWorld, or NBME exams, I can help simplify your study plan and boost your performance.
