I recently graduated with honors in Economics from Dartmouth College and am now a first-year medical student at Case Western Reserve University. As a teaching assistant and experienced tutor, I understand the power of one-on-one learning to help students build confidence and reach their potential. My own mentors created an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and taking charge of my learning—something I aim to bring into every session.

With over six years of tutoring experience, I’ve worked with students from 1st grade to undergraduate level in math, English, SAT/ACT prep, and the MCAT. I’ve taught Science Olympiad classes, tutored classmates, supported underserved students in rural Mexico, and helped private students boost their SAT scores by 400+ points. At Dartmouth, I led computer science problem-solving sessions as a teaching assistant and collaborated closely with peers on writing and research projects, including my thesis in development economics.

I’ve excelled in mathematics through advanced calculus and performed strongly on standardized tests (including SAT/ACT and the MCAT). I emphasize building a solid conceptual foundation before tackling complex problems, helping students develop both skill and confidence.

In addition to math and science, I have deep experience with academic writing, having completed numerous literature courses and research papers during college. Whether we’re working on test prep, writing, or problem-solving, I strive to create a supportive, engaging learning space where students feel empowered to succeed.
