I recently graduated with honors in Economics from Dartmouth College and am now a first-year medical student at Case Western Reserve University. As a teaching assistant and experienced tutor, I understand the power of one-on-one learning to help students build confidence and reach their potential. My own mentors created an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and taking charge of my learning—something I aim to bring into every session.

Great and understanding teacher
Jivan is one of the most genuine tutors I’ve worked with. He’s super compassionate, down to earth, and really takes the time to understand where you’re struggling. In just one session, he helped me come up with a solid way to tackle my weak spots and gave examples that actually made things click. He also boosted my confidence big time, especially with the bio/biochem sections of the MCAT, by reminding me to trust what I know and focus on what the test is actually asking. I genuinely enjoyed the session and already booked more as my test gets closer. Highly recommend!!

Engaging and Knowledgeable Tutor
I worked with Jivan during the 2-week lead-up to my MCAT retake, focusing on CARS and Psych/Soc. He helped me develop a personalized study plan and practical strategies for passage reading that actually worked. He also took time outside of sessions to think through my questions and prepare helpful materials tailored to my needs. Jivan was always focused on my progress and adjusted his approach based on my updates. I highly recommend meeting with him, he’s great at maximizing your study time!
