I was raised in a music family and started playing piano at the age of four. Since my parents are the vocal professors in China, I have gained various musical trainings and wonderful musicianship when I was a child. Along with my piano studies, many experiences encourage me and boost my confidence. In 2015, I left my native China for the first time, to study abroad at College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati. Since my parents are the vocal professors in China, I have gained various musical trainings and wonderful musicianship when I was a child. Along with my piano studies, many experiences encourage me and boost my confidence. In 2015, I left my native China for the first time, to study abroad at College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati. I was studied with Dr. Ran Dank. I won the third prize the Undergrad Scholarship Competition winner in CCM and won the second prize of Three Arts Scholarship Competition.
Thanks to my teacher, I have studied numerous repertories, including Baroque suites, Classical sonatas, Romantic large pieces. During that time, I was selected for a masterclass with Prof. Emanuel Ax in Werner hall. In the meanwhile, I have joined and performed in “Summermusik” Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra (CCO) Festival.
Regarding the pedagogy, I have experienced and have taught more piano beginners with one year. I wish to let more piano students to enjoy the music, since it has the potential for improving the artistic creation.
