I taught General Biology, Fundamentals of Biology, and Anatomy and Physiology as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at UC Blue Ash College for five years, working with undergraduate students in both lecture and laboratory settings. I have found that most students don't struggle because the material is too hard, but because no one has explained it in a way that connects to something they already understand. That’s where I start.
I regularly explain scientific concepts to people without a science background, like sales teams and software developers. My approach is to define the struggle and build understanding from there. Whether you're working through cell biology for the first time, preparing for an A&P exam, or trying to strengthen your science foundation before medical or nursing school, I can meet you where you are and help you get where you're going. I work with high school students, undergraduates, and adult learners, and I tutor online only.
