I have a passion for learning science and teaching others foundational principles, along with effective study strategies to comprehend difficult coursework, beyond memorization. I have over a year of experience tutoring college-aged students both individually and in group sessions in various Anatomy & Physiology courses. Along with excelling in my undergraduate coursework, I scored in the 85th percentile on the MCAT, and am willing to offer comprehensive instruction in this area as well!
In tutoring, I first want to meet students at their current level of understanding and identify roadblocks and points of difficulty. After this, I believe it's important to establish certain goals and benchmarks with students, both short-term and long-term. Whether it be mastering a certain organ system, working toward an improved letter grade, or achieving a top-tier standardized test score to become competitive in graduate school admissions, I am beyond excited to help students reach their goals!
