I have received both my BS degree in Biology and MD degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon, the most prestigious university in the Middle East. Afterwards, I completed a research fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of California Irvine Medical Center in Orange, California. Currently, I am completing my Internal Medicine Residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. I also got accepted for a Gastroenterology and Hepatology position at Scripps Green/Clinic Hospital in San Diego, California. Throughout the three years of residency, I scored the 100th percentile on the In-Training Examination, which predict successful results in the American Board of Internal Medicine Examination. I have also received the Teacher of the Year Award from Case Western Reserve University and multiple research awards.
I previously helped tutor numerous patients in my country Lebanon to prepare for the USMLE examination (Step 1, 2, and 3). My approach to teaching is tailored to each student's degree of knowledge and pace. I have made numerous outlines of high-yield questions and developed a systematic approach in teaching.
I was mainly teaching online for almost 3-4 years. The students were all MD graduates preparing for their STEP examination.
