I have earned certifications such as TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and multiple awards in public speaking such as a 2nd place award for a business pitching competition called Shark Tank Competition in front of CEOs local to Long Island, the award for participation in the Act so program under the business and entrepreneurship Category, which have equipped me with specialized knowledge in teaching public speaking and English.

I have 6 years of experience in tutoring and teaching, working with students of various age groups and academic levels. My approach focuses on personalized learning plans, and interactive activities, fostering critical thinking, and ensuring that each student’s unique learning style is supported. I have successfully helped students improve in all subjects and exams such as Regents exams, SATS, ACTs, and more, enhancing their academic performance and confidence. I also have 8 years of experience as a vocal coach, and music instructor, teaching and playing the piano.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to teach in diverse settings, including classroom environments, one-on-one sessions, online platforms like Cambly, and study groups. I have worked with students on a high school to college level, tailoring my instructional strategies to meet the developmental needs of each group. My teaching experience spans more than half a decade, allowing me to adapt to different learning environments and challenges effectively.
