I help children, teenagers, and adults who already have a foundation in English become more confident, articulate communicators through personalized lessons in conversational fluency, pronunciation and accent reduction, public speaking, vocabulary development, and professional communication.

I am a New York City attorney and educator with more than 30 years of professional communication experience. Over the past six years, I have taught more than 8,000 lessons to students in the United States and internationally, including China, South Korea, Singapore, and Japan. Many of my students have continued working with me for years.

For Children and Teenagers
My lessons are engaging, interactive, and designed to make learning enjoyable. Using an extensive library of original PowerPoint presentations covering animals, science, geography, world cultures, unusual facts, and imaginative topics, I help students develop vocabulary, conversational fluency, reading comprehension, storytelling, and confidence in expressing their ideas.
I also help shy or hesitant children become more comfortable speaking up, answering questions, organizing their thoughts, expressing opinions, and participating in discussions and debates. My approach combines learning with creativity, humor, and encouragement.

For Adults and Professionals
I help adults improve American English pronunciation, accent clarity, rhythm, conversational fluency, and public speaking. Lessons can also focus on workplace communication, interviews, presentations, meetings, and expressing ideas clearly and confidently in professional or social situations.

I specialize in helping shy, anxious, or hesitant speakers become calm, organized, and effective when speaking in front of others.

​I have extensive experience helping students strengthen reading comprehension, vocabulary, sentence structure, and pronunciation through guided practice and discussion. I work closely with children, teens, and adults who struggle with confidence, pacing, understanding main ideas, and answering questions about what they read. My approach to reading focuses on comprehension, vocabulary, discussion, and communication rather than standardized-test preparation. I use interesting stories, articles, speeches, and age-appropriate material to help students understand what they read and, equally importantly, talk about it. Students practice identifying important ideas, summarizing in their own words, explaining opinions, learning new vocabulary, and making connections between the text and their own experiences. For English learners, reading can also provide an excellent foundation for pronunciation and conversational practice. Please note that I do not specialize in standardized reading-test preparation or remediation for diagnosed reading disabilities.

I can’t stress enough the appreciation of the website filming the sessions because my tutor is beyond wise in her profession and some more, so that I can keep rewatching our work and repeat it. Her perspective is wide for any type of student and her patience unlimited. Always excited to do her work and starting our session with a smile is crucial in motivating anyone to step into their ‘’I wanna do best shoes’’. She is exciting to work with, and whatever is you are struggling with for years, she will find the way or invent a new working way. I wouldn’t wanna change her in a million years.
