Hi, I’m Ashley Caudell! I hold a degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, with strong experience in both STEM subjects and writing. I tutor learners of all ages—from elementary students to adults—and I specialize in writing, math, science, and GED preparation.

What makes my tutoring unique is my ability to break down complex ideas—whether it’s the structure of a persuasive essay or the steps of a chemistry problem—and explain them in ways that make sense to you. I’ve followed a non-traditional academic path, returning to school in my 30s, so I understand that learning can look different for everyone. I meet students where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

Writing is one of my passions. I’ve helped students improve essays, develop strong thesis statements, and even explore creative writing like short stories and poetry. I was published in my college writing book and earned consistent A's in my English courses. Whether you struggle with grammar or want help shaping your ideas, I’ll provide thoughtful, encouraging guidance every step of the way.

One student I worked with—an ADHD learner who initially scored a 13 on a practice ACT—saw dramatic growth through consistent tutoring. After two years of tailored support in math, science, and writing, he earned a 28 on the ACT. His confidence and skills flourished thanks to strategies that matched his learning style.
