I'm Mahila, a first-year medical student. I have scored in the 95th+ percentile on the Chemistry/Physics Section and the Biology/Biochemistry Section of the MCAT in addition to a 93rd percentile score on the Psychology/Sociology Section with an overall 93% percentile MCAT score. In high school, I scored in the 99th percentile on the SAT. I graduated summa cum laude from Stony Brook university. My greatest resources for succeeding in college were my teaching assistants and tutors who helped me break down content to be more understandable and gave me the confidence in myself to do better. I aspire to do the same for my students.

I am currently seeking students that I can help with MCAT prep, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, SAT and high school math subjects. I spent one year as an Organic Chemistry I and II teaching assistant in college where I had weekly office hours and helped create review materials for students prior to exams. I was also a microbiology teaching assistant in the summer session in college where I was responsible for a group of 15 students during the fast-paced summer session. I was responsible for having two review sessions per week, and creating practice questions weekly to help prepare them for quizzes and exams.
