In my current classes, I always tell an interesting story about myself or something that may have happened to me recently - I feel that doing this I will be able to earn the trust of any student. Trust to me is the most important aspect in education, how much learning and growth can actually be accomplished?
The student is the most important. Therefore, if we can focus on personal growth - the academics will come along with it.
