As a recent high school graduate and current college student, I have a fresh perspective on engaging and informative teaching methods implemented in the classroom. As someone who excels in STEM related studies, it is also my passion. Over my HS years, I completed and passed several honors-level math classes with an A+ GPA in the course (Algebra 1/2, Geometry, Calculus, Statistics). As a recent high school graduate and current college student, I have a fresh perspective on engaging and informative teaching methods implemented in the classroom. As someone who excels in STEM related studies, it is also my passion. Over my HS years, I completed and passed several honors-level math classes with an A+ GPA in the course (Algebra 1/2, Geometry, Calculus, Statistics). Some of these include dual-enrollment courses, allowing me to earn collegiate-credit-hours while in HS.

While tutoring, I strive to instill an effective approach starting with an engaging and knowledgeable voice presenting various Mathematical ideas. Throughout my years as a student, I found the implementation of technology in lessons fundamental to maintaining student engagement and ensuring their success. I am relying on a digital notebook on iPad allowing me to screen-share my live handwriting to the student’s screen, creating a more engaging and transparent learning experience.

My tutoring position focuses on those seeking Mathematical help in Middle School Math/Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus 1, and Lower-Level Statistics courses. I have access to a variety of materials and practice lessons which I can implement alongside the student’s own coursework in an online-exclusive tutoring model.

I am currently attending Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY majoring in Mathematical Sciences. This allows me to continue building on many mathematical concepts throughout my collegiate studies, ensuring I remain active in education and can help students I tutor to the best of my ability.

I am an experienced runner and HS Athlete mentor helping those starting the sport, looking to improve, or learn more regarding the opportunities it offers. I am very passionate about running and have dedicated my lifestyle to it for several years. One of running’s greatest aspects is the inability to hide—the time spent toward training translates to direct improvements. However, training effectively is crucial to receiving these benefits and preventing injury. From footwear, to form, nutrition and diet, all of these are a basic foundation for healthy, efficient, and meaningful running. Over my running career I raced distances from 800m up to a full marathon while mentoring many HS athlete along the way, helping them achieve substantial improvements in their times after working with me. This is fulfilling in many ways and I look forward to working with you and sharing my knowledge helping you achieve goals at any level.
