Computer Science Tutor for High Schoolers and College Students!

Hi! My name is Luke, and I'm a computer science major at RPI. My first experience teaching was at 15, when I worked at a boy scout camp to teach merit badges about astronomy, geology, environmental science, and more! Throughout high school I would help my friends with tech-related issues, mainly because I think it's fun to help someone solve those problems. I often consider my work to be fun, whether it's helping a student to understand a complicated concept or debugging inexplicable errors.

Outside of tutoring and classes, I host a podcast and play bass guitar. I am an Eagle Scout, which has definitely helped me appreciate hiking, camping, and more. I'm also a big fan of movies and gaming!

I have always had an interest in Computer Science, which is why I decided to major in it. In high school I truly enjoyed AP Computer Science A thanks to an incredible teacher, and received a 5 on the AP Exam. I am enrolled in RPI's rigorous Computer Science course, and have taken classes such as Data Structures, Foundations of Computer Science, Computer Organization, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, and Principles of Software.

I'd love to help new students out with classes such as AP Computer Science A, other high school computer science courses, college-level intro to computer science or data structures, or algorithms.
