Hi there! My name is Chloe Norris; I am a college graduate with a degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. While in High School, I was tutoring AP and college-level courses in Chemistry and Calculus starting in my sophomore year. Before that, I was working with middle school students with special needs in science and math. I went to the SC Governors School for Math and Science and focused on Chemistry, leading me to my longer-term degree in Industrial Chemistry (Chemistry and Chemical Engineering). I graduated from RPI with a 3.84 GPA; I even skipped a year of college during the process! I have been tutoring these subjects - math and science - for over a decade, and I specialize specifically in Calculus/Differential Equations as well as all subjects up to graduate-level Chemistry. My experience led me to work throughout college as a mentor in chemistry, working for the tutoring center at RPI, and working independently at Troy Tutors as a specialized Chemistry and Math tutor.

I started as a tutor for my little brother's sake; he has a learning disability that I learned to help with. Ever since I was in elementary school, I wanted to help people like him who struggled. At this point, I am a more thoroughly experienced tutor than I ever thought I would be, and I would like to pivot towards being a life-long tutor - this platform will facilitate an important step on the path towards being a long-term, full-time tutor.
