Hello! I’m a certified educator with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education, and an additional extension in 7–9 English. I’m currently in my second year of teaching full-time and have experience supporting a wide range of learners, from early elementary students building foundational skills to middle schoolers refining their writing and analytical thinking.

I specialize in creating learning experiences that are both rigorous and meaningful. My approach is rooted in conceptual understanding—meaning I don’t just teach students how to get the right answer, but why it matters and how to apply it. Whether we’re working on decoding strategies, reading comprehension, essay writing, or grammar, my goal is always to help students build confidence and independence.

I’ve worked extensively with students with learning differences and individualized education plans (IEPs), and I know how to adapt instruction in ways that meet each learner’s unique needs. I also love working with students who are ready to be challenged beyond grade-level expectations.

What sets me apart is my calm, encouraging energy and my ability to connect with students, especially those who may feel discouraged or unsure of themselves. I believe every student is capable of growth, and I’m committed to helping them discover what they can achieve when given the right tools and support.

Outside the classroom, I love reading contemporary fiction, journaling, and volunteering at school events. I bring creativity and warmth into every session, and I strive to make learning something students genuinely enjoy.
