Hello. My name is Angelic L. I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders with a minor in Deaf Studies from the State University of New Paltz. I am currently in a Master’s program for Speech-Language Pathology with a certification as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD). I have a few years of teaching elementary school students. I have a passion for helping children succeed in school. My overall goal is I want the children I work with to reach their full potential and to love learning!
I have worked closely with a few other students on reading and vocabulary. I have also taken courses on language and literacy and have the knowledge to teach reading and vocabulary.
I received a minor in Deaf Studies. I also attended a service learning trip in Ethiopia helping deaf children. I love sign language and advocating for the Deaf community.
I have a Bachelors in Communication Disorders and I have learned a lot of information about Autism Spectrum Disorders. I have also worked closely with students with ASD in a school.
