I am a dedicated K–6 tutor who enjoys helping students grow in math, reading, science, and social studies. I currently attend New Jersey City University, where I am pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Education. My studies have strengthened both my problem-solving and teaching skills, allowing me to bring creativity, structure, and technology into my lessons. I believe every child learns differently, and I strive to make each session engaging, supportive, and tailored to the student’s individual needs.
Through my student teaching in an elementary school, I have gained valuable experience planning lessons, working with small groups, and supporting diverse learners in the classroom. I also work as an after-school teacher, where I lead enrichment activities and provide academic support in a fun, structured environment. These experiences have helped me build strong classroom management skills and develop an encouraging, hands-on teaching style.
In addition to classroom experience, I have worked as an online tutor with another company, helping students strengthen their skills virtually while keeping learning enjoyable and interactive. Whether I’m teaching in person or online, my goal is to create a positive space where students feel confident, curious, and excited to reach their full potential.
