I have been very passionate about nutrition and fitness my whole life. I live a healthy lifestyle myself and encourage others to do the same. I am a dotFIT certified fitness professional and have received my B.S in Nutrition and Dietetics at Montclair State University. I love working with people and sparking their interest in nutrition.
