She helped me remember a lot of math concepts I forgot about since highschool. Anne was always very flexible with the schedule and was available when I needed her. She was always on time for online meetings, patient and encouraging! Highly recommend :)

Anne C. is a wonder find!
Our daughter unfortunately caught Mononucleosis just weeks before finals. She lost an entire week of key school days on top of the toll of Mono exhaustion. We used Ann C. to help our her catch up and organize her focus for the NY state Geometry Regents examination. She was very accommodating and worked with us to maximize as much study as possible right up to the day before the exam. Anne reviewed the key topics of congruent triangles, similarity, properties of parallelograms, completing the square in an equation of a circle, volume word problems, trig ratios and proofs. Anne provided clear explanations and patiently went over how to do various Geometry Regents questions as a review to familiarize. I would definitely recommend Anne C. as a tutor for geometry but expect she’d be great in any other areas she offers.

Excellent GRE Verbal Tutor - from a fellow Wyzant Tutor
I'm a fellow Wyzant tutor and I'm nothing short of impressed with Anne as a GRE tutor. I started out with a 151 in Verbal. Anne helped me pick apart the text completion and sentence equivalence questions and gave me a list of need-to-know vocabulary words that proved super helpful. She knows the GRE very well and she always comes prepared to our sessions. On test day, I ended up with a 165 on my Verbal, which placed me in the 95th percentile! Overall, I got a 322 on my GRE!
