My classroom is an engaging and inspiring environment where even the most reluctant learners achieve success. To be effective, I continue to learn myself, through professional development and more college coursework. I have also spent 7 years working as a clinical laboratory scientist in a hospital laboratory. I am a mother with two adult sons, who are successful and mature. One of the things I liked best is that she does not give the students the answers, but instead she would ask the student questions to help them discover the answers themselves. Also, Eileen has been very responsive and flexible to help my son prepare for his weekly assignments + quizzes/tests.
