My name is Jonas! I am currently studying for my undergrad at Union College with an Anthropology major. For over three years now I have been volunteering individually with young students who struggle with their reading, writing, and math proficiency, and I am ready to expand my clients! As your tutor, I would be able to help with math up to Algebra 1 and high school Geometry. I am also able to assist in drafting argumentative, research, and creative writing projects. I try to evoke the language of my students either thorough prompting or dictation. I will also help with test prep, memorization, organization, and executive function coaching.
As someone who battled ADHD through childhood and adulthood, it is my pleasure and my dream to help other students with ADHD understand their neurodivergent hurdles and make progress with their education that they can be proud of. I have worked with multiple ADHD students, mostly ranging between 8-16.
