Hi, I am Johnathan. I am a resident medical doctor specializing in radiology. I graduated magna cum laude from an Accelerated 3 + 4 B.S / D.O (Bachelors of Science / Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) program from
the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Biochemistry. Prior to becoming a physician, I was anticipating a career in education as a professor. I spent 7 years performing basic science research at new york medical college in allergy medicine. I have published peer reviewed articles and textbook chapters. I loved taking complex topics and making them more digestible through scientific literature.

In college / medical school I had 10 + years of tutoring experience for SAT, ACT, MCAT, USMLE STEP 1-2, COMLEX 1-2. I found opportunities through my respective institutions to tutor my peers in high school college and medical school. I worked for Huntington Learning center to help teach SAT/ ACT to high school students as well.

I have always loved furthering my own education. I have written numerous peer reviewed publications in major scientific journals and textbook chapters. This has provided me with expertise in writing and grammar. I founded a peer-review journal club through the society of interventional radiology in medical school.

I will always provide as much effort to help my students as I can. I hope to make a meaningful difference in helping educate others through this teaching opportunity.
