A little about me, I am a native Hebrew speaker born and raised on the sunny beaches of Tel-Aviv. I served four years in the IDF as a combat soldier and I'm also a war veteran (second Lebanon war and Gaza operations). I have a diverse background working as break-dance performer and teacher, bartender, mental health counseling, working with children who have developmental disabilities and more. Currently, I am working in the field of clinical social work.

I love the Hebrew language and enjoy teaching. I have taught Hebrew for the past four years at different programs in Brooklyn (Kane Street Synagogue, Fig Tree, School for Creative Judaism and Luria Academy), while also providing individual tutoring services to a variety of populations. If needed, I can provide employer recommendations and past students feedback. What I love about teaching Hebrew is the cultural background behind the language. Learning Hebrew is a very unique experience and if you have chosen to do so, I will be happy to be your guide as you go about your Hebrew learning journey.

What makes me an outstanding Hebrew teacher is my positivity and teaching tools; workbooks, reading books, games and much more. Moreover, I have been teaching my entire adult life and I understand that to facilitate studying a good rapport is needed. That is why I am reliable, relatable and flexible, as I believe I can teach any individual or group, no matter his or her age or origin.
