I graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Psychology. My coursework included cellular biology, genetics, physiology, anatomy, and biochemistry, which provided a strong foundation in the life sciences. I also took the Dental Admission Test (DAT) and scored a 24 Academic Average and 26 Total Science, including a perfect score in Biology. Preparing for this exam required mastering a large volume of biology content and developing efficient study strategies, which I now help students apply to their own learning.

I have worked for 1 year as a DAT Biology tutor and content creator for the predentalconsultants.com, where I helped students prepare for the biology section of the DAT through structured lessons, practice questions, and high-yield study strategies. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts, strengthening conceptual understanding, and using active recall and practice problems to reinforce learning.

In addition, I served as a Teaching Assistant for Anatomy & Physiology at NSU, where I helped 18-24 year old students review lecture material, clarify difficult topics, and prepare for exams. Through this experience, I worked with students in both classroom and small-group settings.

I have experience tutoring college and post-graduate pre-health students, primarily in biology and DAT preparation. My goal as a tutor is to make challenging topics easier to understand while helping students build confidence and effective study habits that lead to stronger academic performance.
