I have a PhD in Global Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Management, a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. My academic and professional background has given me extensive experience with Psychology, Business, Organizational Behavior, Research Methods, academic writing, and professional development. I have also taught university-level courses as a lecturer, where I have worked with college students on understanding course material, developing written assignments, and applying concepts to practical situations.

My interest in tutoring began in high school, when I volunteered as a tutor with the Study Buddy Society and helped fellow students with a variety of subjects. Since then, I have frequently served as a go-to resource for family members, friends, colleagues, and students who need help understanding difficult material, organizing their thoughts, or improving their writing. As a university lecturer for the past three years, teaching has been my primary area of instructional experience. I regularly provide individual assistance to undergraduate students as needed in addition to classroom instruction.

My approach is warm, patient, collaborative, and tailored to the individual student. Rather than simply providing answers, I try to understand where a student is having difficulty and then explain concepts in a way that makes them easier to understand and apply independently. I am particularly comfortable helping students with academic writing, research papers, proofreading and editing, psychology, business, organizational behavior, research methods, and related subjects. My goal is not only to help students complete a particular assignment, but also to help them develop skills and confidence they can use in future coursework.
