I've assisted the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing lessons and various activities along with instructing my own small groups. In the past year, I have also become an instructional leader for the Boys & Girls Club after-school program which provides assistance to students with homework, skill building, and additional help to students struggling in specific areas. It is my goal to provide an active and enjoyable learning environment that meets the needs of every student.
