There are not enough kind words I can use to describe my tutoring experience with Raymond. His patience, understanding, and overall awareness to where I needed the most help was incredibly intuitive. His ability to simultaneously teach but also allow space for students to lead and execute their newfound skills is a delicate balance that he has undoubtedly mastered. Raymond assisted me in my graduate data analytics project (due that evening) for my midterm as a master’s student. Raymond devoted hours and hours of his time not only help me complete the project but also to understand and reinforce the material at hand. In all my years as a student, I have not had an opportunity to work with a tutor with as much patience, understanding, and ability to lead/ teach in as seamless of a way as Raymond can do. In a world where many lack understanding and patience in the areas in which we struggle, it’s people like Raymond who make a concrete difference in the way we learn. Raymond is not only a great guy, but he’s also an amazing tutor. Raymond maintains so much patience, and cares so heavily about you understanding the material, no matter how many times he has to go over it for you, or how in depth he needs to go. His priority is truly helping you understand, and I’m so thankful for him. He made excel seem easy the way he walked me, and taught me through the steps I needed to be taught.
