I have a unique background which I have leveraged to help students my entire career. My career spans 2 plus decades. Though I started clinically as a pharmacist (PharmD) 25 years ago, I consistently maximized my opportunities to interact with and mentor students. I have done this my entire career. Since I was a child, I dreamed of simply being a teacher. Almost a decade ago that dream was fulfilled once I received my PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences. This allowed me to pivot from a clinical setting to an academic one.

I have had the privilege of teaching at the university level as a professor, where I’ve developed effective strategies to break down complex topics, engage students, and foster a deep understanding of the topic at hand. My work in academia is built on my foundational experience as a practicing pharmacist. This hands-on, real-world career has given me an invaluable perspective—I don’t just know the theory; I have applied it every day in practical, high-stakes situations.

I am truly passionate about education and find immense joy in watching my students succeed. It's not just about improving grades; it's about building skills and confidence that will serve you throughout your academic and professional life.
