I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, where I developed a strong foundation in mathematics, chemistry, physics, and problem-solving. My engineering background has equipped me with analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps for students. I also hold a certification in Mathematical Biostatistics from Johns Hopkins, further strengthening my quantitative and statistical expertise.

During my time at Johns Hopkins, I served as a tutor for the Whiting School of Engineering, where I worked one-on-one with undergraduate students in Transport Phenomena, calculus, differential equations, chemistry, and data analysis using Python and Excel. I helped students strengthen their understanding of both theoretical concepts and their real-world applications, emphasizing logical reasoning and problem-solving strategies. I also have experience tutoring high school students in subjects such as algebra, trigonometry, and physics, helping them prepare for standardized exams like the SAT, Regents, and AP-level courses. My approach emphasizes building a deep conceptual understanding before applying knowledge to solve complex problems, ensuring students gain both confidence and independence.

As a bilingual tutor, I offer lessons in English or Spanish, allowing me to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and tailor my communication to their learning preferences.
