Hi! My name is Michael and I am a recently graduated college student with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a focus on Actuarial Science.
I've always had a passion for Mathematics since my days in elementary school and always enjoyed the feeling of enjoyment after solving a difficult problem. I can attribute this passion and enjoyment to my many wonderful teachers that I was a student of from elementary through college. My teachers in elementary were always fond of me and my love of problem solving as they would cheer me on and encourage me to challenge myself to become the best student I could be. Their positivity and kind smiles throughout their lessons delivered a fun learning experience for me that I cherish deeply. My goal with tutoring is to deliver this same experience to all of my students through Wyzant.
I have experience tutoring students with a focus on Algebra 1 but also have some experience teaching more advanced mathematics. I enjoyed my time tutoring friends, neighbors, and family and would love to share those great experiences with other students and make them even greater!
