My approach to teaching is assessing the student, then offer instructions to suit the student's need. Some students may grasp a concept quickly, while others will take a much longer time. I think that my job as a teacher is to help the student get there. Through my tutelage, I was able to save students who were on the verge of failure and doing summer school. I am aware that large class settings do not work well for all students, some do, but some get loss under such pressure.
I have parents to testify of the excellent job that I have done with their students in the past. My aim is, making sure that parents are satisfied.
