I am a dedicated and patient tutor with a strong academic background in mathematics and electrical engineering and several years of experience helping students succeed through individualized instruction. I earned a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics with a 4.00 GPA, followed by an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University with a 3.97 GPA. My academic achievements include the Tesla Electrical Engineering Scholarship, Best IoT Project Award, Dean’s List recognition, and departmental awards in both engineering and mathematics. These accomplishments reflect both subject mastery and a deep commitment to learning and teaching.

During my undergraduate and graduate studies, I worked extensively as an in-person, one-on-one tutor and as a teaching assistant for technical courses. In these roles, I supported students in math, physics, and core electrical engineering subjects by holding class review sessions, leading problem-solving discussions, and providing individual academic support. I also graded homework and exams, which gave me valuable insight into common student mistakes and effective grading standards. This experience allows me to anticipate where students struggle and address misunderstandings early. Working face to face helped me adapt explanations in real time, break down complex material into clear steps, and build student confidence through structured guidance.

In addition to in-person instruction, I have significant experience tutoring students online in electrical engineering and programming courses. I have worked remotely with high school and college students on topics such as circuit analysis, electronics, signals and systems, digital logic, and programming fundamentals. Online tutoring has strengthened my ability to explain complex concepts clearly using structured walkthroughs, diagrams, and real-time feedback.

Computer Engineering

Computer Engineering

I have experience in computer engineering through both academic projects and practical work, including designing digital systems and programming microcontrollers. My background includes proficiency in languages like C, Python, and Verilog, as well as a solid understanding of computer architecture and embedded systems. I’ve helped peers troubleshoot code, debug circuits, and prepare for exams, which sparked my interest in tutoring. I enjoy breaking down complex topics into simpler steps to support students in gaining confidence and mastery.
Discrete Math

Discrete Math

Took 2 classes in discrete mathematics and logic as part of my Electrical and Computer Engineering undergraduate degree at NYIT. Tutored the same classes while studying for Bachelors degree. Helped students do better in these exams and learn the material easier
Electrical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

I design on-chip distributed integrated voltage regulators for advanced processors, contributing to the performance and efficiency of next-generation computing systems. I have designed PCBs, developed Python-based automated test systems, and diagnosed circuit failures in electronic and healthcare products. These experiences have strengthened my expertise in both analog circuit design and practical hardware testing.
Logic

Logic

Took 2 classes in discrete mathematics and logic as part of my Electrical and Computer Engineering undergraduate degree at NYIT. Tutored the same classes while studying for Bachelors degree. Helped students do better in these exams and learn the material easier. Also knowledgable in logic circuit design
Regents

Regents

Have taken all regents exams in the city of New York while in high school. Tutored high schoolers taking regents exams when I was completing my undergraduate degree.
