I’m a second-year Master’s student in General Psychology at Adelphi University, and I’m passionate about helping students build confidence, organization, and strong academic skills. I currently work as a research assistant and vocational specialist, and I have several years of tutoring and teaching experience.
In undergrad, I served as both a tutor and a student instructor (similar to a TA), where I led class discussions, supported coursework, helped students understand difficult concepts, and worked closely with professors to guide students through writing assignments, exams, and study planning. This experience strengthened my ability to explain material clearly, break down complex ideas, and adapt my teaching style to different learning needs.
I also have extensive experience with academic writing, research, psychology coursework, and helping students develop strong study habits — both at the high school and college levels. Because I’m currently in graduate school myself, I understand how overwhelming school can feel, and I love helping students turn confusion into clarity.
