Hello! I am a mother of four young adults, and a grandmother of 5 littles! I have a NYS public school teacher permanent elementary certification (no expiration) pre-kindergarten through 6th grade in all subjects/areas. I have over 20 years of elementary school classroom teaching experience. I also have over 10 years experience as the director of an elementary school after-school extended day program.

I have strong instructional skills and demonstrate a mastery of all subject matter in my certification. I am professional and have an unyielding commitment to the students. I am relentlessness in doing whatever it takes to ensure my student’s success. I have excellent communication skills with my students and my parents. I am highly organized, mature, and have a strong work ethic. Besides teaching and tutoring during the school year, I enjoy tutoring students over the summer so they do not loose what they have already achieved. Through instruction, I help them gain confidence to be successful in school. During the summer I have sessions available to tutor on weekdays and weeknights at the local public library in the radius shown on my profile. During the school year, I have sessions available to tutor at the public library in the radius shown on my profile on weekday nights, and days off from school. I do not tutor online.
