Hello Students!

I began my LSAT journey at a 143 and worked my way through a 152, a 158, a 165, and ultimately a 180. Hello Students!

I began my LSAT journey at a 143 and worked my way through a 152, a 158, a 165, and ultimately a 180. That progression matters, because it means I didn’t start out with an intuitive or natural advantage—I built my score deliberately, step by step, by identifying weaknesses, correcting flawed reasoning habits, and refining my approach over time. Having experienced each major score plateau firsthand, I understand exactly what blocks students at different stages, whether it’s basic argument comprehension, conditional reasoning, timing issues, or the subtle mistakes that separate high-160s from elite scores.

As a tutor, I focus on building durable analytical skills that transfer across questions and sections. I emphasize understanding why correct answers must be correct and why wrong answers are designed to look appealing, which helps students gain confidence and consistency under timed conditions. Students who work with me typically leave sessions with a clear plan, a sharper understanding of their mistakes, and concrete strategies they can immediately apply on future sections. My approach is structured, methodical, and adaptable to each student’s current score range and learning style.

Because I’ve personally navigated the full improvement arc, I can diagnose problems quickly and explain concepts in ways that actually click. I know how frustrating it can be to feel “stuck,” and I also know that meaningful improvement comes from disciplined reasoning rather than brute repetition. My goal is not just to raise scores, but to teach students how to think the way the LSAT demands.

Rather than assigning endless problem sets, I focus on deliberate analysis. This approach helps students develop independence and confidence. Whether you’re aiming to break into the 150s, push into the 160s, or refine a strong score into an elite one, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward efficiently and confidently.

I look forward to working with you!

LSAT

I began my LSAT journey with a 143, then progressed through a 152, 158, and 165 before ultimately achieving a 180. That progression gave me firsthand insight into every stage of improvement, from foundational gaps to high-level refinement. Because I experienced each plateau personally, I understand the specific obstacles students face at different score ranges and how to overcome them systematically. This path allows me to teach the LSAT not from theory alone, but from proven, step-by-step experience.

136 To 180

Working with Branden was amazing. I started this process with a 136 and honestly wasn’t even sure if law school was realistic for me. Through his guidance, patience, and incredibly detailed instruction, I was able to earn a 180, which I never thought was possible. What sets him apart is not just his mastery of the LSAT, but his kindness. He never made me feel behind or incapable. No matter how many times I struggled with a concept, he broke it down clearly and methodically until it clicked. Every session was structured, focused, and tailored to exactly what I needed to improve. His instruction is extremely detailed. We analyzed why each wrong answer was wrong, how the test writers think, and how to anticipate traps before they happen. That depth made all the difference. He was also incredibly flexible with scheduling and always accommodating when life got busy. I never felt like just another student. He genuinely cared about my progress and success. Going from a 136 to a 180 felt impossible at first, but with the right strategy, consistency, and his support, it became reality. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I’m very proud of you, and not just because of the 180, but because of the work you put in to get there. Going from a 136 to a 180 doesn’t happen by accident. It took consistency, humility, and a lot of frustrating hours and nights. You showed up every time ready to learn, even when things felt frustrating or slow. And I’m really glad you felt supported through it all. You trusted the process, asked questions, dug into why wrong answers were wrong, and stayed patient when concepts didn’t click right away. That’s what made the difference. Also, thank you for mentioning the flexibility. Life does get busy, and I always want this to feel collaborative and human, not something to dread or feel anxious about. I am grateful that I got to be part of your journey through the LSAT studying process and your applications. You earned every bit of this, and you deserved every Ivy League offer you have earned so far!

Knowledgeable, FRIENDLY, and Patient Tutor - Really nice guy

Branden was phenomenal when working with me. When I started I struggled with Assumption, Strengthen/Weaken, Inference, and Flaw. For each question type he gave me a step by step process to solve it. Assumption I especially hated as I did not understand Sufficient vs. Necessary Assumptions well, but he explained it and gave me a strategy that works well for both. I almost never miss an assumption now. We spent about 3 months working together and I cannot say how happy I am that I decided to work with him. I started at a 145 and am now at a 168!

Got me to a 171, working on a 175 - Flexible, Calm, and Kind

Branden began working with me for the October LSAT. When we started, I had used 7Sage and Blueprint but could not get above a 155 score and hit a plateau. After starting with Branden in September, he broke down strategies for Logical Reasoning in a concise and direct manner. For example, Assumption he broke it down into 4 steps and it was not overly complicated like 7Sage or Blueprint, making it much more direct. I am now working with him for the November LSAT and am consistently scoring 175+. I cannot recommend Branden enough
