I am an active leader within my local Little League organization, where I support league operations, annual fundraising, financial planning, umpire education and scheduling, and volunteer training and coordination. Through this role, I work closely with players, coaches, umpires, and families to ensure a well-run, development-focused baseball environment that prioritizes both learning and sportsmanship. I pioneered the Junior Umpire Program as a youth leadership initiative designed to prepare young players for their first leadership roles on and off the field. As an MBA with extensive experience leading and coaching professionals in corporate finance, I bring both academic rigor and real-world insight to my tutoring. My background includes FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, and Audit, where I’ve applied financial concepts in high-stakes business environments and guided teams through analysis, forecasting, and decision-making. I spent two years fully immersed in Caracas, Venezuela, developing strong real-world Spanish skills through daily professional and social use. I completed college-level Spanish through advanced conversational study and have used Spanish in my career. I specialize in helping early learners build confidence through clear explanations, practical vocabulary, and simple, easy-to-understand grammar, focusing on communication rather than only memorization.
