I hold a Master’s degree in Education from Nazareth College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Brockport. I also maintain dual New York State teaching certifications in Early Childhood Education (Birth–Grade 2) and Early Childhood Students with Disabilities (Birth–Grade 2).
My professional experience includes my current role as a Special Education Teacher at the Wayne Central School District (August 2019–Present), where I provide specialized instruction and support for young learners in inclusive classroom settings. In addition to my classroom teaching, I have worked as a Private Tutor since 2018, offering individualized academic support to students with diverse learning needs.
Previously, I served as a Preschool Special Education Teacher at Liberty POST (September 2016–August 2019), where I collaborated with families, therapists, and early intervention teams to design and implement developmentally appropriate learning plans. Before that, I worked as the Disabilities and Mental Health Coordinator for the Wayne County Action Program – Head Start and Early Head Start (April 2015–May 2016), ensuring that children and families received the comprehensive supports necessary for school readiness and emotional well-being.
