I have my Ms.ED in adolescence education with a concentration in biology and a dual certification in students with disabilities. I have taught Biology in the past but am currently a Chemistry teacher. My students complete a variety of labs throughout the year and I make the learning process as enjoyable and fun as possible.
I have an advanced regents diploma myself and bring a tremendous compilation of regents questions to my students to familiarize them with not only the content but the type of questions they can expect on the exam. Standardized tests are very intimidating and I try to make my students as comfortable as possible with the material. There are two important factors that go into a successful regents exam: understanding the content and understanding how to take the exam.

I then advanced to become the central western representative of CEC for the entire state of New York. I have a brother with an IEP and another brother with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy so I am able to see 2 different perspectives; that of an educator and also of a family member.
