As a New York State certified English teacher for grades 7-12 with a master's degree, I bring a strong educational foundation and extensive experience to my tutoring practice. I am currently enrolled in a literacy program to become a reading specialist for grades B-12, which allows me to offer expert support in both English language arts and literacy development. My background includes a comprehensive understanding of the English curriculum, including Regents and advanced coursework, and a specialized focus on helping students improve their reading and writing skills at all levels.

I have several years of experience teaching English in both middle school and high school settings, working with students across a wide range of abilities and learning styles. My teaching approach is student-centered and highly personalized, ensuring that I meet each student's unique needs. I have worked in classroom environments, but I also have experience with one-on-one instruction, which allows me to provide targeted support in areas like reading comprehension, essay writing, and test preparation.
