Hi, I’m Anthony. I tutor computer science, programming, Linux, networking, cybersecurity fundamentals, and related technical subjects. My background combines hands-on software development, systems administration, and security-oriented engineering work.

I’ve built and maintained real technical projects involving Linux servers, web development, networking, cryptography-related systems, and embedded programming. One of my major projects is lwIP-CE with TLS 1.3, a networking and security project for the TI-84+ CE calculator platform, which required low-level systems work, protocol understanding, memory management, debugging, technical documentation, and validation testing.

I also have instructor-style experience through NY Code and Design Academy, along with experience working with children and young adults in camp and educational environments. My teaching style is patient, practical, and example-driven. I try to explain not only what to do, but why it works, so students can build real understanding instead of just memorizing steps.

I can help with beginner through intermediate programming, Python, computer science concepts, Linux command line, networking basics, cybersecurity fundamentals, debugging, project help, and general technical confidence-building. I can also teach coding for the TI-84+ CE graphing calculator, if anyone wants to dabble in such a niche ecosystem.

I practically speak coding. I have varying degree of skill in almost every major programming language: TI-Basic and Z80 Assembly (calculator), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, XML, MySQL, C++, Java, Python. Through the years I have vastly improved both as a programmer and as a designer.

I have two certifications: IBM Cybersecurity Analyst Professional Certificate and Microsoft Career Essentials in Cybersecurity. I also recently released lwIP-CE, a port of lwIP to the TI-84+ CE (an eZ80 embedded system) that also provides a TLS 1.3 implementation. These demonstrate very low level, primitive level understanding of cybersecurity, code quality, and applied cryptography.

I have been a web developer for many years, and therefore have significant experience with Javascript. I have taught many people how to code websites in the past, using normal JavaScript and even with libraries such as jQuery and other graphics and effects libraries.

I administrate a Linux webserver (Ubuntu) and I have spent years working with Unix style systems, from Ubuntu to Backtrack to OSX. I can configure firewalls and IDS's, automate tasks, repair and upgrade, and do much more.

I have been working on Macintosh computers for most of my adult life. I know the entire iLife suite, the tips and tricks for doing everything on the Mac, using the command line, and am familiar with the OS structure, being a Unix-style system.

As a web developer, I have studied almost every web programming language, including PHP. I am well versed in PHP 5 and am capable of creating web-forms, galleries, and many other "features" in pure php.
