I’m Edward, though you might wish to call me Eduardo, which is my native Spanish first name.

For over ten years I have been getting native Spanish Speakers to prepare and pass their English prep Exams (mostly Cambridge, although TOEFL, IELTS, Trinity and British Council have also been passed by many clients).

Now, I am also doing conversation lessons in 100% fluent Spanish, although English might be quite useful when someone gets stuck after several paraphrasing examples have been provided in Spanish - fairly simple when you are fluent in both languages.

I lived for many years in the United States, a country I call home as well, as I have great friends there. I hold a B.S. in Communications (minor in Computer Science) by the State University of New York, back in the 80’s.

I am used to doing online lessons, and have been told by many that I make people feel comfortable, which has probably got to do with my love for teaching, something I discovered over ten years ago, and have been happily doing ever since.

Speaking Spanish is easy, once you realise how many aspects are, in fact, quite similar between English and Spanish. You can assimilate better when you “lean” on your base language, which I think is what makes language learning fun and easy.
