I have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and more than 25 years of professional experience working with data, technology, finance, supply chain planning, and business operations. Throughout my career I have relied heavily on Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and building tools that help teams make better decisions. From early roles in technical and analytical work to management and executive-level leadership, Excel has consistently been one of the most valuable tools for understanding information and turning data into insight.
Along the way I have spent many years helping coworkers, analysts, managers, and team members learn how to use Excel more effectively. I enjoy teaching people how formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data tools work so they can feel confident working with spreadsheets. Many people find Excel intimidating at first, but I believe it can actually be fun once the pieces start to click. My approach is patient and practical. I focus on explaining concepts clearly, using real examples, and helping students understand not only how something works but why it works.
I work with students, professionals, and adult learners who want to improve their Excel skills for school, work, or personal projects. Whether someone needs help getting started with spreadsheets, understanding formulas and functions, building pivot tables, organizing data, or analyzing information, I tailor each lesson to the student’s goals and experience level. My goal is for every student to leave each session with practical skills they can immediately apply and the confidence to keep building their Excel abilities.
