I have found my personal approach to working with children is starting slowly and having fun. There is a delicate balance between having fun and learning, and I enjoy walking that line!
I have personal experience working one-on-one with autistic children aged 5-7 and in a group setting up to 10 children. I personally believe it's easier to work one on one in the fact that there is more of an ability to grow a personal relationship with children.
