I am currently a medical student in New York and a medical student of Hofstra University and the Zucker School of Medicine’s highly selective 8-year BS/MD combined program. Education has always been central to my life, and I genuinely love what I do—both in medicine and in teaching. I am especially passionate about helping high school students navigate the pivotal transition from high school to college, a time that can feel overwhelming academically and emotionally.
I have over six years of SAT tutoring experience through a private tutoring company, where I worked one-on-one with students, taught large group SAT courses with 40+ students, and led intensive SAT crash courses designed to produce rapid score gains. I was a highly requested tutor and have worked with students across the U.S. and the Caribbean, often tutoring multiple siblings within the same family. I also have extensive experience working with student-athletes and students with demanding schedules, and I deeply respect how valuable high school students’ time can be.
My tutoring approach is practice-driven and highly individualized. I combine targeted content review with extensive guided practice, teaching students not just what to know, but how to think through the SAT. I emphasize a procedure-based framework so students never feel lost during the exam, and I teach practical strategies for efficiency, including calculator techniques, core grammar rules, and proven score-boosting tips. Because every student learns differently, I tailor my instruction to each student’s strengths, needs, and learning style.
Over the years, I’ve helped many students achieve 200+ point score increases, earn significant scholarships, and gain admission to their dream schools, including several students with perfect section scores. Most importantly, I help students build confidence and a repeatable problem-solving approach that extends far beyond test day.
