I have experience teaching Mathematics and English in summer classes and providing elementary school students with tutoring. Currently, I am a tutor for high school students in Algebra I & II, Geometry, Chemistry, and Physics, and have a proven track record of helping all of my students pass their NYS regents exams and improve their grades in class.

My goal is to not only help my students achieve success but to also help them realize that they can go beyond what they believe is possible. I understand that learning can be a challenging experience and that is why I use various teaching methods, including explaining the theory behind questions, in addition to traditional methods like repetitive practice.

I regularly assess my students' understanding and adjust my teaching accordingly. I believe in open communication and expect feedback from my students to help me cater to their individual needs. As someone who was once a mediocre student, I empathize with those who struggle academically, and that is why I am passionate about helping those who want to be helped.

Great Tutor. Went through every concept/detail in the problem.

Jason honestly is one of the best tutors I have. He wasn't there just to tutor and just leave after the session. He got to know his students which was cool. Also if I had problems with anything he would go back and break it down. Jason was also willing to stay over the scheduled session time to make sure everything was understood. I definitely do recommend Jason.
