Hello! I am a recent Johns Hopkins University graduate with passions in chemistry, neuroscience and pre-medicine. During high school, I was rigorous in my studies and began to work on building lifelong learning strategies to ensure success. I graduated high school with distinguished honors and scored in the 99th percentile on my SAT and ACT exams. During college, I performed neuroscience, anatomy, and behavioral research. At such a rigorous university, I grew to find the most selective and efficient study techniques. I held roles in teaching, leadership and advocacy and expanded my tutoring experience to all age levels and learning types. Through this, I explored my love for teaching, tutoring, and helping students achieve those "Bazinga" moments! I have tutored children in the Baltimore area aged 5-12, been a contracted tutor, worked with neuro-atypical students, and assisted in peer tutoring and course instruction, all before creating my own tutoring service. I am currently residing in the Chelsea Neighborhood (New York, New York) while I take a gap year before entering medical school. I will be local for a minimum of two years and plan to continue virtual tutoring through out my future schooling.
I scored in the 99th percentile on my Math SAT and received a perfect score on my Math ACT section. I was also the President of the Mathletes team in High School and there began tutoring peers. I have tutoring experience in elementary school students to college and adult aged students in Mathematics and I have a love for Math!
