Hi! My name is Aziz. I recently graduated Summa Cum laude with a 4.0 GPA and 5 distinctive awards from New York University with a major in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Psychology, and as a Biology Honors Student. During my college career, I was a teacher’s assistant for some science courses and initiated my own tutoring organization. Through my organization, I was able to gather so many excellent tutors and tutor more than 50 students. I specifically tutor in the sciences, as I was a student pursuing the pre-medical track. I was able to tutor more than 40 students (until now), and help them improve their grades from a C to an A within just a few sessions. I was also part of NYU’s learning center, where I specialized in tutoring science courses and I was a supplemental instruction leader for many classes including Principle of Biology 1&2, General Chemistry 1&2, General Physics 1&2, Organic Chemistry 1&2, Cellular and Molecular Biology 1&2, and Introduction to Psychology. I was able to create weekly review sessions for the introductory courses of Biology and Chemistry. Over the years, I expanded my review sessions over to the different types of sciences, specifically ones included in the premedical track (listed above). Due to my stellar performance in those courses, including in Genetics and Human Physiology, I was awarded 5 distinctive awards: 4 related to my academic excellence and 1 (NYU President’s Award) for my tutoring organization. Thankfully, I was able to maintain my 4.0 throughout while doing something I truly love: helping other students excel academically! I applied to medical school and got accepted, and will start my medical journey in July of 2021.
Make sure to contact me any time, whether it’s for a one time help or many sessions! I will make sure to provide you with excellent tutoring sessions, ones that will make you succeed :)
