I bring extensive experience in finance, including 13 years on Wall Street, along with a global experience working in Hong Kong and Sydney. I have consistently applied accounting and finance principles in financial analysis, valuation modeling, statistical analysis.

In addition to my industry experience, I have taught Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance at the university level and have held position as an adjunct professor at Columbia University. I have publications in both industry and academic settings.

I have nearly 10 years of experience tutoring accounting and finance at both the college and high school levels.

I have tutored former CEOs pursuing postgraduate studies, and industry practitioners seeking practical work-related guidance. Drawing on my industry and empirical research in climate related areas, I also incorporate climate modeling into my tutoring. This reflects the growing importance of applying accounting and finance concepts to climate-related analysis and financial impact assessments. (varying consulting rates apply).

I understand that accounting can be conceptually challenging. I pay close attention to how each individual learns and tailor materials to their needs, focusing on practical application and explaining concepts from an industry perspective. I believe this approach enables students to develop a deeper understanding and a good handle on the subject matters.

My coaching has helped students secure scholarships to their preferred schools and universities.

Currently a Visiting Scholar at NYU Stern for post-doctoral research, I hold a PhD in Accounting (with dissertation completed early during a scholar visit at Columbia Business School), a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of New South Wales, and a Master of Accounting from Monash University, Australia.

In the one-hour sessions, I normally cover a lot of materials while ensuring that you can learn something valuable and relevant to your needs and be able to apply the materials on the own.
